Whether you’ve landed on this page because you’re about to embark on a journey of personal growth and development, or because you’ve already begun, congratulations!
Fortunately, you’ll find literally hundreds of extremely valuable resources, including everything from books and DVDs to self-growth programs and personal life coaching.
Unfortunately, deciding where to start can be a little daunting because there are so many excellent teachers. Doubtless you’ve already discovered as much if you’ve done any reading or research on topics such as self-development, self-growth, or self-improvement. Who are the master guides that can help you along the way? Let us introduce you to a few.
Contemporary Leaders in Personal Growth and Development
John Assaraf earns the honor of being first on this list because his success with vision boards is quite well known … and after all, that’s exactly what Make a Vision Board is all about!
His life could be described as magical, but not because anything ever came easy for him. John Assaraf started out as a misfit kid with a bad attitude who was bullied by his school mates and written off by adults as most likely to end up in prison. Now, he’s a self-made multimillionaire of international fame, a best selling author, and a leader in helping people believe in themselves and achieve their full potential.
If you tend to be skeptical, this is the guy for you. While he does have a great rags to riches story, the programs and other resources he develops come from his passion for brain research, quantum physics, and spiritual growth.
Don’t take my word for it. He offers an excellent “Having It All” mini-course that is free, and it applies to everything from health to wealth to romance. The only catch is that spaces are limited, so register now. Discover the neuroscience behind setting and achieving your goals. Click here to learn more about John Assaraf’s free video mini-course. His parents were highly successful people, his childhood friends were the kids of world famous celebrities, and at a very young age he was on his way to a very promising career in music. It was the kind of charmed life that could have made him quite shallow.
Yet even as a child Guy Finley knew something was missing. His passion for the answers led him on a quest for truth and wisdom, and over time the student evolved into the master.
Guy Finley’s mission is all about leading the way to a higher life. He focuses on key issues such as success, relationships, peace, happiness, and freedom. He has authored well over thirty books and is Director of the Life of Learning Foundation.

Dr. Wayne Dyer
He grew up in orphanages and foster homes yet never thought of himself as a victim or as disadvantaged. Even as a young child, no matter the circumstances he always found a way to thrive. It seems as if it never occurred to him that he could or “should” settle for anything less.
While his early works are excellent, his more recent books and other offerings may be more valuable simply because even to Dr. Wayne Dyer, life happened. After surviving divorce, a heart attack, and Leukemia, his message of thriving through positive thinking and spirituality is even more profound.
All of his books and DVDs are available from Amazon, and that’s where you’ll usually find them at the best price.

August 30, 2015 – In loving and grateful memory
Today this earthly world is deeply saddened by the passing of a man who brought so much joy to so many. Thank you, Dr. Dyer, for teaching, for sharing, for inspiring. Your life was a gift to us all, and your light will shine on for us and for those to come.
Abraham Hicks (Esther Hicks and Abraham)
“Abraham” is the collective name for a group of non-physical, spiritually evolved teachers, and Esther Hicks is the physical being who gives voice to their message. If you don’t believe in channeling don’t worry, it doesn’t matter.
Even if the lady were making it all up, this would still be some of the most helpful information you could ever hear. It’s profound and insightful and practical and useful. Some messages are so incredibly simple you’ll think you surely must have known it but just hadn’t thought of it.
Even if you think it all sounds a little airy fairy, give it a try! In fact, one of the absolute best books you’ll ever read is The Astonishing Power of Emotions, a tremendous lesson in getting to the root of turning negative thinking into positive.
All the books and DVDs are available on Amazon, but for upcoming events and other exclusive offerings go to Hay House.
There isn’t much Louise Hay didn’t survive in her 90 years on earth – a physically abusive step-father, rape by a neighbor at age 5, teenage pregnancy, betrayal by her husband of 15 years, and cervical cancer.
Along the way she also became a successful fashion model, but it was through her spiritual journey that she learned how to heal herself. Originally only a small pamphlet, her book “You Can Heal Your Life” has sold over 40 million copies in at least 25 languages.
Hers is the ultimate story of “struggle to strength”, and she continues to help people through her own teachings, her charitable foundation, and her Hay House publishing company.
Visit the Hay House website for books, DVDs, online programs, live events and more, all from today’s most renowned spiritual leaders.
